Happy Days Beach Resorts cannot be held financially or operationally responsible for disruptions caused by natural factors including high tidal surges, torrential downpours, coastal squalls, cyclones, or government beach-access advisories in Chirala and Vodarevu.
3 Safekeeping of Valuables & Luggage
Guests are solely responsible for securing their personal luggage, cash, digital devices, jewelry, and individual belongings. The management and staff cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of unattended items left across guest rooms or public grounds.
4 Beach Activities & Water Safety
The coastal waters along Chirala beach can feature sharp undercurrents and shifting sands. Any ocean swimming, watersports, or coastline activities are undertaken entirely at the guest’s voluntary risk. The resort does not employ ocean lifeguards across public beach territories.
5 Third-Party Links & Map Routing
This portal includes external links and digital maps, including Google Maps navigation and WhatsApp application handlers. We do not exercise editorial or technological control over the precision, uptime, or privacy mechanisms of these independent third-party platforms.
6 Force Majeure & Public Infrastructure
The resort operates dedicated generator backups and water systems. However, we cannot be held liable for unanticipated, short temporary breakdowns in regional public electrical grids, fiber internet cables, or civic infrastructure resulting from unforeseen events beyond our reasonable oversight.
7 No Binding Contract Until Official Confirmation
Viewing this website, calculating rates, or dispatching an automated inquiry draft does not constitute an enforceable reservation contract. A binding booking exists only when verified by resort management with formal booking receipts and room voucher issuance.
