Standard Guest Accommodation & Booking Guidelines
1 Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment
Online inquiries, phone requests, or WhatsApp chats represent provisional booking interests. A room reservation is confirmed only upon the transfer of the specified advance token amount and delivery of official booking confirmation by our front office.
2 Check-In and Check-Out Schedules
Our standard check-in time commences from 12:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or delayed check-out requests are subject to room availability on the date and may attract additional hourly or half-day tariffs.
3 Mandatory Government Identification
In strict compliance with statutory regulations, every occupying adult guest must present a valid government-approved original photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) during reception check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity proof.
4 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations initiated at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date may be eligible for partial refunds after nominal processing charges. Cancellations requested within 7 days of arrival or instances of no-show will result in full forfeiture of the advance deposit.
5 Swimming Pool & Facility Guidelines
Guests must wear appropriate lycra or nylon swimming attire to enter the pool. Children below 14 years must be under continuous adult supervision. Glass bottles, outside food, smoking, and diving are strictly prohibited within the pool enclosure for safety reasons.
6 Pet Regulations & Property Damage
While pet stays are permitted in designated units, owners are responsible for maintaining leashes in public gardens and ensuring other guests are not disturbed. Any physical damage caused to resort furniture, electronic fittings, or garden decor will be billed directly to the guest.
7 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
All bookings, services, and transactions entered into with Happy Days Beach Resorts are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal claims arising therefrom shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Chirala / Bapatla District, Andhra Pradesh.
